• The Twin Drives are electronically controlled to smoothen their functions and thereby unnecessary tension on the blanket is avoided which results in great accuracy in printing plus multifarious but small lots of fabrics can be printed in most efficient manner & precisely. The blanket can also be driven in either intermittent or continuous driving mode.
• The squeegee speed can be adjusted to satisfy best printing condition in view of design & fabric. The speed variation in each printing unit is possible due to an individual motor. Even at high speed printing starting & stopping movement of the squeegee can be done smoothly.
• Unique design of the printing unit with a timing belt eliminating a conventional gear box, results in less maintenance.
• The repeat and speed can be changed in few seconds by the controller of servo drive
• Individual screen lifting can be provided for intermittent printing of Cross-Border style.(Optional)
• All printing head by Hydraulic Lifting system ensures an easy detachment of the screen from the surface of the printed fabrics even during the high speed printing process. First lifting and second lifting can be set by finger touch within few seconds on either side as required. Also, both lifts can be possible simultaneously.
